Personal Coaching

A message from Anna:

        I am a wife and mother of three; Ashton, Cameron and Bristol.  My husband and I are an unbreakable team and share a strong bond through our faith, our family and our professions.  I enjoy shopping and crafting with our daughter Ashton.  You will find me camped out at any game or practice that my boys are participating in - I am a sports mom. 
        I have been a fitness coach for over 15 years.  I have travelled nationally and internationally working in the fitness industry.  My passion is to reveal to you things that you did not know you could do and help you change your lifestyle, adding self worth, self esteem and self understanding.
        My faith is a integral thread in my fitness work.  God brought me to where I am and continues to direct my life personally and professionally.  I will not force my beliefs on you, but I will not apologize for them either.

      My workouts are challenging and will show you where you can find your will power and determination.  My goal is to get you fit while tapping into your mental and emotional strengths.  Your spiritual walk will deepen not only because you will be brought to your knees in workouts :-), but because you will find a new form of discipline in your life via the physical work of exercise.   Self-esteem, self-discipline and self-awareness are byproducts of the workouts you will do with me.

Travel fees

Oak Ridge Town Park – no fee

Home in Oak Ridge or Kernersville – add $5 per session

Home outside of Oak Ridge or Kernersville - $10 per session
